The property was clean with friendly staff. The location was amazing - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Btw, went to city centre, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. We did not want to leave there, spent amazing time and would be happy to recommend.

Location so close to the center of Florence, city centre, and Firenze. Nearby Irish Pub il Fauno - great place to chill out. Big size and attractive room with a mini bar, climate control and a personal safe, and exceptionally comfortable bed. Large bathroom, amiable and excellent staff.

The room was super nice and the owner was incredibly responsive. The location was mind-blowing, with lots of coffee shops and diners nearby. The accommodation was very clean and modern, and the staff was jaw-droppingly friendly. We even had a gratis minibar upon arrival. It was a budget hotel, but felt like a 4-star experience. The downtown area was just a 15-minute walk away, and there were bus stations nearby. The location was quite and safe, with some good restaurants in the area. The host was very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage and offering clean, spacious rooms with great furnishings. The bathrooms were nice and had large showers. The property had all the amenities we needed, including Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and cookware/ kitchen utensils. Plus, it was a no-pet and no-smoking property.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a great location. The recently renovated rooms are comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff, especially Carolina, is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms, flat screen TVs, and even a storage corner. The value for money is fantastic, especially for those traveling with kids as there are larger rooms with a kitchen and smaller beds.

Finding this hotel can be a bit challenging due to its lack of signage. It would be helpful if better instructions were provided on how to locate and enter the building.
